I met up with Kim, Dexter, and ace wedding planner Rackel Gehlsen downtown last night for some fun landmark-hopping during their engagement session. We hit Hotel Congress, Diablo Burger, the Rialto Theater, Historic Train Depot and more in the space of an hour and a half. Here’s a sneak peak of raw images, straight outta the camera, because I know Kim was dying to see them! What great smiles!

Andrew and Jivonna had a fun, fantastic wedding at the lovely La Mariposa yesterday, with their show-stealingly cute daughter Charlotte and a close-knit group of friends and family.
Like a lot of weddings I find myself at these days, there were plenty of familiar faces of friends and clients, past and future, smiling in the audience, and I enjoyed seeing everyone.
Rather than blather on about how nice the fall weather was (gorgeous) or how swift the ceremony was (12 minutes), I’ll just share some of my favorite photos, straight and unretouched from the camera.
Many thanks to the incredibly talented and hard-working Kim McFate of Simply Elegant Events, who made sure everything came together perfectly, and florist-extraordinaire Elaine Taylor, who must’ve found (and lovingly arranged) every pale pink rose and hydrangea within a thousand miles.
Old friends (and favorites) Satyr Entertainment made sure the dance floor came alive, with young and old alike.
